Had my front brake pads and rotors changed today. Mr. Tom was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He was able to work a deal after the initial price given for the parts. Although I had advised to place my tires back on the vehicle and I’ll go back to the repair shop, I originally wanted to go but he asked if I may please spare a moment to allow their shop to work a plan for me. The first two prices weren’t very astounding until they quoted me the third time. I am very pleased it was all worked out. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle as well was professional and kind too. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Was in a BAD spot. Traveling with my family and dog and we broke down. They sent someone to meet me and help me get to their shop and spend endless manpower and unfortunately hours making sure we were back on the road safely as fast as possible. From the second I stepped in the building I felt comfortable and great with their services. Rick is the store manager and did a great job keeping me informed along with Will. Hard to find this level of trust and service.

Slow to give a repair quote,.. Actually didn't get one because I wouldn't sign / agree to pay the $60 inspection / diagnosis fee..(which is deducted from the repair bill).. Well that kinda corners you into a cometment... I guess that's the new tactic to force you using their shop... It's unfortunate that the franchise repair shops are doing this... If you turn down their estimate,.. you loose the inspection fee... Nope, not me..

I had a great experience at Midas thanks to Michael and the team. Michael was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. The service was fast, and I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was much less expensive than I expected. It’s hard to find honest, efficient auto service these days, but this place delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable car care.
